1. Data We Collect

Prime Signal Desk collects the minimum information needed to operate the site, answer enquiries, and deliver the services you request. The categories below describe what we collect and when.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message body you provide, plus the timestamp of submission. We may also log the IP address and user-agent of the request for anti-abuse purposes.

Newsletter and channel subscribers

If you join a mailing list or Telegram channel, we receive the identifier required to send you messages (email address, Telegram user ID, or platform handle), plus the date you subscribed and your preference settings.

Technical & analytics data

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure automatically records information such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages viewed. This data is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your broker password, investor password, account number, or any credential that would allow us to access or trade your account. We do not knowingly collect government IDs, financial account details, or biometric data.

2. How We Use It

We use the data described above only for the following purposes:

  • To respond to questions and provide customer support.
  • To deliver signals, educational content, and product updates you have requested.
  • To measure aggregate site performance, debug errors, and improve user experience.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated profiling or advertising to third parties.

3. Third Parties

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the service. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

  • Hosting & infrastructure — the platforms that serve the website, CDN, and email delivery process request data on our behalf.
  • JustMarkets (Introducing Broker tracking) — when you click a JustMarkets affiliate link from our site, JustMarkets may set a tracking identifier that associates your eventual account opening with our IB code. We may receive aggregate or per-account commission reports from JustMarkets; we never receive your password or trading credentials.
  • Analytics — privacy-respecting analytics may record pseudonymous, aggregated usage data.
  • Telegram / messaging platforms — if you join a channel, that platform's own privacy policy applies to your interactions there.

We may share data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prime Signal Desk, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use two categories:

Essential cookies

Required for the site to function — for example, remembering your consent choice, securing form submissions, or routing requests through our CDN. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies

Optional cookies that help us measure visits and improve content. Where required by law we ask for your consent before setting these, and you can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or our cookie banner.

Third-party affiliate links (for example to JustMarkets) may set their own cookies when you click them; those cookies are governed by the destination site's privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time.
  • Receive a portable copy of the data you provided.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

6. Children's Policy

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or service offerings. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated by email where appropriate.

8. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy can be sent through our contact page. Please mark your message "Privacy" so we can route it to the right team.
