By accessing or using Prime Signal Desk (the "Service"), including the website, Telegram channels, email lists, social media posts, and any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Prime Signal Desk publishes structured forex and commodities market analysis, educational content, trading signals, and operates a public copy trading master account hosted by JustMarkets. Free and paid tiers may exist; specific inclusions, frequency, and pricing are described on the relevant product pages and may change from time to time.
We do not custody client funds, do not execute trades on behalf of users, and do not operate as a broker-dealer, asset manager, or regulated financial adviser.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You also confirm that trading the instruments discussed here is legal where you live and that you are not on any sanctions list that would prohibit us from providing the Service to you.
4. IB Relationship & Commissions Disclosure
Prime Signal Desk acts as an Introducing Broker (IB) for JustMarkets and may partner with other affiliate programs. When you open an account or place trades through a link or referral code provided by us, the partner may pay us a commission, rebate, or revenue share based on your trading activity (typically a portion of the spread or commission you would already be paying to the broker).
This compensation does not increase the cost you pay versus opening the same account directly, and it does not change the trading conditions offered by the broker. However, you should be aware that this commercial relationship exists and may create a perceived conflict of interest. We disclose it openly so that you can make an informed decision.
5. No Financial Advice
All content provided through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, and it is not tailored to your personal circumstances. 6. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Make your own trading decisions based on your own analysis and risk tolerance.

- Not use the Service to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including market manipulation, scraping at industrial scale, or redistributing paid content without permission.
- Not attempt to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' access.
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or open partner accounts via our links.
7. Account Security
Your broker account is yours. Prime Signal Desk will never ask for your JustMarkets account password, investor password, two-factor codes, email password, or any credential that could be used to access or move funds from your account.
Do not share these credentials with anyone — including people claiming to be from our support team. Anyone asking for them is attempting to defraud you. Report such requests to us immediately. You are solely responsible for keeping your devices, email, and trading accounts secure, and for the consequences of any compromise of those credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including the brand, logos, written analysis, charts annotated by our team, code, design, and educational materials — is owned by Prime Signal Desk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, train AI models on, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for short quotations with proper attribution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Prime Signal Desk, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Prime Signal Desk (excluding any broker-side commissions) in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime Signal Desk and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any trading activity conducted in your account.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal compulsion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law — will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where the operator of Prime Signal Desk is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
